SHARED RESIDENCE
The Court of Appeal ordered that the children should spend an equal amount of time with each parent under a shared residence order as the 3 children enjoyed both parents company and the parents were sufficiently cooperative, and geographically close to each other to make shared residence workable.
Additionally, a shared residence order can prevent the impression that one parent had won and the other had lost.
